CONCRETE PR [login to view URL] We send a weekly newsletter to 80K emails There are a few different lists we need to keep updated and fresh as well EG: [login to view URL] Strict weekly deadlines / times I send the word file to you on a Wednesday night to you You use the template and change the title, image, date, blurb Changes made ideally by Thursday Morning GMT You send a preview back I make some spelling, grammar changes, maybe add one event We sign off and test We send ideally by 4pm-7pm on Thursday / Can send Friday before 10am but no later We also send one dedicated mailer on a Tuesday to main list Would need you to load and text and make sure it’s ok to send I send you HTML and title / You send me a test / we sign off / you send Keen for you to help keep lists clean and help open rates if you can, I send you new emails / you look at lists and take out non-opended emails and add fresh ones / normally we take out 1000 and add 500 to 1000 every week. HERE ARE EXAMPLES OF NEWSLETTER ISSUE 239: [login to view URL] ISSUE 238: [login to view URL] This is weekly work every week, it should take 2-5 hours to do first draft of newsletter each week. Please quote if you can do and have fully understood the brief. We use a template to design from, no need to re-design every week. Please let me know if you can do it and how much you would charge.

I understand that this ongoing work and it needs to be available about 2-5 hours / per week for the email to be done and send out. I am happy to do this. We use our own high-end servers for Email Campaign & marketing or other tools like MailChimp. Good afternoon. I am a Scottish web designer who has been creating sites for over 10 years. I'm also employed to look after, maintain and update websites on a weekly/monthly basis. This includes weekly updates to blogs, menu updates and mailing lists. I have read the description and more than happy to look after the mailing for your site. The timescales for late Wednesday to Thursday for a sign off seem realistic. I have quoted £9 as this is the usual fee I charge for weekly updates to the sites I look after. I know on Freelancer each project get a lot of bids and I am new to the platform so I fully understand my profile has yet to have ratings - please don't let this put you off.
