I have completed real estate tasks in my previous job. Sales and rentals, dealing with agencies, renters and buyers. It would be a 4hr drive for me there and back but if it was scheduled for Sunday I could view that property (and any others), allow you to view via video, produce a write up of all areas in description and photos and ask many questions. I'd prepare this Sunday night and send to you.

I don't know what your specific requirements for looking at the property are and what output you would like to receive but I can assist with queries on the structural side providing that I could get access to view roof, etc. It's 2 hours drive one way. Dear Concerned, I am within a close proximity to where you are planning to buy (namely Tee side), and am able to arrange all that you need, ASAP. One only needs the details of Property type and so forth? For I am in the North East, and was only in Middlesbrough on Friday and Saturday. I also until a month ago had a Retail Property in Middlesbrough, Newport Rd (in Town Centre), and am familiar with property agents there. TS3 is not far from TS1 which is the Town Centre - I also lived in a number of locations from TS1 - TS5, until only about six months ago. I still have ties in Middlesbrough and Stockton on Tees. But if you are looking in North Ormesby, the area is quite ruff - but this might depend on house location there (Middlesbrough has a lot of nice areas). They have a fairly new Lidl Store near by and also St. Alphonso Roman Catholic Church - it is not far from Town - on the other-side of Middlesbrough. Most Sincere Regards,
