3dCart Template Creation

I am looking to have the design of my website copied, as I have designed using Yahoo sitebuilder, to 3dcart and would prefer to take the design with me rather than using one of their templates and modifying it- (I do not know html to customize certain areas of their templates.) I want someone to take one of their templates (or however you can get it done) and match it to look like the site I have already created. The products being offered for sale do not need to be brought over and put into the template ( i will do that manually myself). I just want the look of the site (the categories, subcategories, about us, etc..) look and feel of the site brought over. I also need a workable template that I can edit myself using wisywig if I decide to add pages, i.e. FAQ, Promotions, etc...later I have files of website I built and get those to you. I am on a limited budget and just need a fair [login to view URL] should be familiar with 3d cart. Thanks.
