some changes in website

[login to view URL], 3-month old WordPress website needs (1) improved simplified check-out page for our custom ordered products, we currently see large number jumps in orders, meaning customers begin the order process but don’t complete the order. Please view our current site/order process and advise in detail how you could improve it. (2) List in detail other site changes to make our company site the best it could be. We already have the best products and customer service, now we need the best site. Detailed instructions/ 1- Clip Art Graphics/ currently for customer to select clip art graphics they must select from clip art graphics on upper tool bar, then type their selection in clip art-1 box or clip art-2 box, not good. Change: add pop-up menu for clip art, customer should be able to click on their selection and automatically be added to clip art box. 2- Select Font/ currently the thumb nail views for fonts are located below product description, not good. Change: view and selection should be at same location as the selection box and not be thumb nails. 3- Select Sympathy Card/ change to same as select font. 4- Add “Design Instructions” box below order product description. Customers need to be able to add comments here.
