Wordpress Expert needed

HTML, CSS, Wordpress experts only apply. Will pay from $11 to $15 dollars per hour US. We are based in California and our last designer has been with us for 6 years - from India! We have another senior designer who has 15 years experience and is our consultant now for hiring other designers- he is in India and has been with us for 10+ years. Your job will be to build 1 site to be used as duplicates. We actually have bought the template from one of the largest Wordpress template companies online at a cost of around 50 dollars. So you will have most files necessary. We do not want a webdesign company to bid on this job. Only individuals who can work from home a few hours at night or in the morning 3 - 5 days a week. California time between 5am and 11am and/or 6 to 9 pm California time. You pick which days. Good english skills a must. Have skype available and gotomeeting for online instruction and communication. Must have a high speed internet conncetion from home. We want one person from India, one from the Philippines and one from South America. We own 100's of url's that we bought in the mid 90's so this position could be great for someone who wants freelance work for a long time. Once again no outsourcing companies .... please. Attached is my sons resume... he will be overseeing this work also. We also want to redesign existing template for custom designs in Wordpress. We might want someone in a couple months to make on HTML5 site from a psd. If you specialize in HTML5 please contact us also. My son is a Senior at a university in San Diego graduating in 7 months with a CS degree. He works for a Fortune 500 bio tech company as a paid intern. He wants some help learning Wordpress as part of this project. Fast pay makes fast friends !!!!!!!!!! Must have a smart phone also so we can communicate easily.
