Convert existing website to Android and IOS mobile applications and provide minor tweaks to the website

I need a highly experienced developer to convert my Business Partnership Portal (BPP) website into Android and IOS mobile applications. This may require updating the landing page, fixing minor issues with functionality, and updating code to be compatible with IOS requirements. This may require up to 2 additional attempts for corrections to be made to get it approved. Please keep in mind that the BPP website has similar functionality to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] --- which all have mobile applications. Therefore, this project may require tweaking the website landing page or minor modifications to comply with their requirements and recommendations. This project will also include minor website development and enhancements. There are a total of 15 tasks that will be provided at the time the contract is awarded. The tasks include adding functionality for members to delete their own account, updating stripe and payment options, and other general enhancements to the website. Lastly, the project should also include testing and validation the mobile applications are 100 percent functional and meets the following criteria: • Please ensure that the application is accessible and functional for all on all Android and IOS devices. • Run every possible test to ensure that user data is protected from unauthorized access. • Please ensure that the application run perfectly on each Android and IOS device. For example, if the same app is opened via two devices with different screen sizes, it should be optimized to fit both screens perfectly. A big screen should not cause pixelation of graphics in the app, and a small screen should not lead to any cut-out images. • Ensure the Android’s and IOS application memory consumption is scaled-down and optimized for the best experience, as implementing certain features results in greater memory consumption. For example, push notifications almost always increase memory usage in Android apps. • Each app must be tested to ensure that it interacts with the device’s GPS to pick up location and customize its offerings accordingly.
