Convert a Template to a Website

The project involves converting an Adobe Indesign template into a responsive web page with a few modifications (described below). Take a look at the enclosed PDF, then read these instructions (they'll make more sense once you've seen the design): 1) The section just below the main image (the heading and description of 'Concentration') will float over the main image (probably in white, but whatever looks best) and be 'above the fold' on a standard monitor or device screen 2) The single page flows from section to section smoothly (i.e. the down arrow button at the bottom of the main image will flow into the 'About' section smoothly) -- the user can also scroll (mouse wheel or two-finger swipe) from section to section 3) There is a section for testimonials. In the attached 'Website Content' DOCX file are additional testimonials which should be set up as a carousel (left/right menu buttons will shift the view to the next testimonial, or the customer can click the dots at the bottom to go directly to a particular testimonial) 4) I'll update the text as needed manually (no need for a CMS). 5) I'll also add in links to PDF files of Case Studies as I write them (they have not been completed yet) My goal is to get the main site up as soon as possible, then I will fine-tune and extend it over time.
