Create custom cookie and connect it to OneTrust

I would like support in creating cookie (let's say the name is cookie A) in which adhere with the following requirement: - If the website is loaded and user doesn't have cookie A, cookie A will be created (with value 'Opt-Out' - If the website is loaded and user already have cookie A, cookie A will be kept with the existing value. - If user click on 'Accept All' in the OneTrust banner, the cookie value will be changed from 'Opt-Out' to 'Opt-In' Note: The value of cookie by default is 'Opt-Out', the only trigger to change the cookie value to 'Opt-In' is when user clicking the 'Accept All' button in OneTrust banner Requirement: Knowing how to consider user action in OneTrust is a MUST.
