Develop a web app for a prototype

I would like to develop a prototype for a webapp 1. Login system for different roles: Teacher, Students and Admin - Students are grouped as a class. For each class, students have different individual login and password. - Teacher and Admin can create, modify and delete the login of students - Admin can create, modify and delete the class group and login of teachers and students 2. For teacher side, the teacher can post different scientific experiment manuals and worksheet. 3. For teacher side, there is dashboard which can overview the current step of different students. 4. For teacher side, there is a log that teacher can check - the current step of each student - how much time the student spend on each step. - Total time spent of an experiment for each student 5. For student side, the student can choose different scientific experiment manuals which posted/ published from the Teacher Side. You may refer to [login to view URL] 6. For student side, the student can read different steps of the scientific experiment manual. 1 step per page. For each page, there are a next step and a previous step button 7.
