Ghost.org or HTML and CSS quality experience.

I have started building my site on the Ghost platform. To give you context of where I'm at, I started an online blog mid-year. Everything by Google Docs. I have no real experience in website building although want to learn about the process as much as possible so that in turn, I can blog about it in the future. I have no problem learning anything new. I'm not sure how you operate, but I'd like to work with you, rather than you doing everything for me. For example, you tell me to create a landing page for email subscribers (I'm working on it right now), rather than you doing the whole thing for me. I don't think there's a lot of work involved as I've got the main content already. It's the behind the scenes stuff I need someone for. To implement the best solution for the masterpiece I'm trying to create. The coding for pop-up subscribe buttons, header/footer design, forms, SEO, etc. Someone to put the finishing touches on my site. I'm happy to provide you access to the site and the Ghost platform if you're already not familiar. Let me know any questions or suggestions you have as I'm looking to make an impact with my content. I want my site to stand out from the crowd. I'd like around 10 pages finished within a week with a possible ongoing contract. Regards.
