A Grid System with Bootstrap and Hover.css | Fontawesome Combination

Go on this link → [login to view URL] ; You will see a Grid System like this → [login to view URL] This is built with bootstrap we want to replicate the same in a separate HTML using bootstrap and HTML5 with Fontawesome Icons. You can see that on hovering there is an effect which brings the text, but in this assignment, I want to increase those effects through [login to view URL] Background Transitions. The HTML will remain the same, but on hovering the effect will be different. You have to build it in such a way that as soon as we change the "class" ([login to view URL]) the animation on hovering will change, when I say that animation will change that means that on hover the HTML will be same that is like now, but the way the hovered HTML is coming will change. More Details in the PDF attached. P.S. It is for a free demo, and thus it is a very low Budget project. Any one who has good hold on HTML can finish this in 2-4 hours maximum.
