HTML / CSS from Adobe XD design - Angular 7 Required

We have an Adobe XD design that we need sliced. We require very clean scss/html We will only respond to bids that have sample of work performed by the individual themselves. We are not interested in agencies. Include in your bid: BID485749 to be considered. As part of the project you will first prepare the html with scss. Then you will merge it with our Angular 7 project. We will start with the homepage which will be fully responsive and fluid. Please state your project fee and what you would change for per hour after the project is completed, since we would want to continue for the rest of our system with the same person. No bootstrap & jQuery will be allowed. For the scss, only a basic reset will be allowed
