Design Document Page Borders

Contractor will develop five (5) different cover sheets for various school subjects for children ages 8 to 11 year olds. Contractor will be given instructions on what each coversheet's theme will be and it will be up to the contractor to design the cover sheet using various methods that are creative and appropriate for the intended audience. For example, there could be a Martin Luther King border. The contractor creatively creates a Martin Luther King based theme cover sheet; it should be a collage of the events, images, and markers that make him historically relevant - clipart and google images is perfect. Images are converted to grayscale to allow kids to color in the images. No more than an hour should be spent on each border. The contractor will be given ideas as well as information that will help the contractor create the design. The ideal candidate is proficient with MS Word and has moderate to high design capability. We do NOT need an artist but someone who could use images found online to make a cover sheet.
