Salvage an unfinished childrens picture book illustration project

I am looking for an experienced illustrator to salvage my unfinished children's picture book project. I worked with an illustrator in detail to complete black and white images for my book, then he failed to complete the book and color it. I wish I had at least purchased the b/w images and I could have colored them to finish the book. I will provide the winning bidder with the story and the old b/w images for reference only. (remember I worked with him for weeks and I described the scenes perfectly, but he just quit on me. I need 24 color illustrations. My budget is $200. I need high quality jpg or bmp. The finished book will be 8.5" wide by 11" tall. I will ask people who I like, to provide a new sample of either of the two pictures I've posted with the project. - Experience in children's book illustration - Proficiency in abstract illustration - Ability to work with an existing rough draft and create illustrations that match the style and tone of the story - Strong communication skills to collaborate with me throughout the project - Ability to work within a given timeline for completion of the project
