Looking for a creative illustrator to create original artworks for our agency

Hi all, We are a new startup design agency in Singapore, provided digital services worldwide. I am looking for a talented illustrator to join our team on an ad hoc and per-project basis. Otherwise, your proposal will be ignored or rejected. Some details below: - The chosen illustrator will be a part of our global team of 25 people, from different countries - He/she must be willing to work together with our team and be a team player - For the illustrations, you will have the creative freedom to create whatever you like, as long as it's trendy. From time to time, I will provide some suggestions for you. - As a startup agency, we have a limited budget. However, we will pay you per design, and also a small percentage of any digital sales that we have made. - I am looking for designs that have the potential to go viral and are meme-able. - Designs can also be part of a collection, for example: [login to view URL] What to include in your proposal: - In your proposal, please provide sample (similar artworks) as above to be considered. Include your portfolio.
