These services seek to help develop specialist professional skills, enhance safeguarding procedures and improve the quality, availability and sharing of information between social care and law enforcement agencies.

Accessibility
The website should be dynamically adjustable (based upon a 1140px; 12/16 column grid) of the template to maintain the flow of content to various screen sizes and resolutions (smart phone and tablet PC friendly). Social Media Integration
The website should support an interactive marketing strategy embedding RSS (email subscription through Google FeedBurner) and Twitter profile posts into the web page stayles (1 and 2) with Social media ‘like’ and ‘share’ buttons (including Facebook and Twitter as a minimum) for all content.
Analytics
The website should be compatible with google analytics and be automated or provide easy ‘non-technical’ access in order to configure the tracking code; ensuring that the code is inserted into the correct place in the mark-up of every page.
Other Requirements
All code on the site should validate to W3C specifications.
