Find private affiliate programs

I would need a list of at least 50 private affiliate programs in at least 5 different categories of products that pay high commissions to affiliates and are recurring. Here's what I mean: "Private affiliate programs" - Affiliate programs (you should know what an affiliate program is) that are not announced in the big affiliate networks like ClickBank, Shareasale, Commission Junction etc. Affiliates know how to find these, I want to point them to affiliate programs that are private, meaning that the only way to join them is through the vendor's page. "In at least 5 different categories of products" - I don't want all affiliate programs to be related to, say, language training. Some ideas could be legal services, health related, technical services for internet marketers like SEO-related services etc, but I expect you to find as many different affiliate programs and categories as possible, the more variation the better. No more than 10 products in any category, meaning I don't want 25 health related programs, and then one product in each of 4 or 5 additional categories. No gambling, forex and hosting or domain registration services allowed in the list, those are also very obvious for affiliates. Of course, no illegal or pyramid / MLM schemes allowed either, they should belong to legitimate businesses. "Recurring" - It means that they are on-going services, or supply contracts, so that if an affiliate makes a sale he / she can earn commissions every time the vendor charges the customer for the renewal. "That pay high commissions" - Lifetime commissions should be at least 100$, preferably 250$ and above. First sale commissions preferably above 50$. The deliverable I expect is a word document organized by categories of products, and inside each category: - The name of the program, for instance "The baby-boomers legal assistant" (I just made this one up). - The URL of the main page (like [login to view URL]) and the page where they can register as an affiliate (like [login to view URL]) - A screenshot of the main homepage. - A description of the type of product / service the website offers. It can be one or two paragraphs, taken from the website, but they must make clear what the service is. - A detailed description of the characteristics of the affiliate program: pre-requisites for joining if any, if they accept international affiliates, the commission fees they offer to affiliates, and the payment details (whether they pay affiliates immediately, or at the end of the month, if they pay via paypal, cheque or wireframe, All this information should be taken from the affiliates page, or asked them for, In your application, please state "I can find at least 30 private, high paying, recurring affiliate programs for you", all applications that don't include this will be ignored.
