Need 20 PR 5 + links

We need 20 links from pages with a PR of 5 +. Links must be on pages with no fewer than 20 out bound links, not have any links going to (porn, gambling, electric cigarettes, casino etc). All links must be 'do follow', permanent and be there for at least 18 months or longer. The links must be on the actual page with the high PR. Links must be on website pages, no blog commenting. No links from link farms or paying sites. I will need a report after the job has been completed with a url link to the site and when it was added. I will pay half the total amount after 10 links and the balance when the work is completed. White hat SEO only!!
