We are currently expanding our team and seeking self-motivated and ambitious individuals to join us as Commission-Based Marketing Sales Representatives. Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct daily cold messaging on Facebook and Instagram to potential clients. Identify and engage with businesses that could benefit from our marketing services. Utilize provided scripts and templates to effectively communicate our value proposition. Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges. Showcase the benefits of our marketing solutions and tailor pitches to address specific client requirements. Sales Closure: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Guide potential clients through the sales process, addressing any concerns and objections. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, leads generated, and potential clients in the sales pipeline. Collaborate with the team to track and analyze the success of different outreach strategies. This position is commission-based, and successful candidates will earn a competitive 10% commission on every closure. The more clients you bring on board, the higher your potential earnings.
