2 Tap Memo

I would like to develop a mobile app (iOS) to create memos. The app is different from others because it allows one to create a memo with only 2 taps. The screen opens with a big button in the middle. Holding the finger on the buttons shows a circle around the button with 24 dots. Every dots is a 30min interval from 00:00 to 24:00 (ie 00:30, 01:00, 1:30 etc...). One can move the finger on one dot and when releasing the finger, a set of icons is displayed on the screen (simple flat-icon, customizable in the settings panel). When clicking on an icon an alarm is set for that time within the app (local notification). The app has to be extremely light and fast! Optional: add a calendar selection before time selection.
