Need A Template!

SCOPE OF WORK: We would like to have a template designed for our use in creating multiple websites of typically four or five pages each. Therefore, we will need the ability to easily change various elements of the template, including but not limited to; background color, fonts and font color, navigation bar (color, text, shape), background images/watermarks, etc., using simple HTML modification that is easily labeled so that we can quickly find what we need to modify. We will also need to be able to easily insert different company logos within a given location. The template design effort does not have to be too complex as we are just looking for a clean, creative template that we can modify for use with different projects. While you may choose to incorporate them, there is no need for the use of flash or other heavy animation, just creative navigation buttons or navigation bar, and a nice design for the background (watermark image) layout. WHEN QUOTING THIS PROJECT, please explain how the pages can be modified (we currently use FrontPage 2002 and they have an import utility from the web if we make this a web-based template) and how they can be published. Is there an easier way to import or edit in FrontPage? Also, please make sure to include references of previous work/sites that you have done. PLEASE NOTE: Each of the website templates should be coded with proper HTML and all componentas, including Meta Tags visually labeled and optimized for search engine crawling. Please note that the websites will be hosted on a Windows NT server that supports FrontPage 2000, Dreamweaver, ASP & PHP. REQUIREMENTS: Winning bidder must be: - Able to begin this project within 72 hours of award notification. - Able to communicate in English - Available via e-mail, IM and/or Telephone daily - Able to show previous related work experience - Able to receive funds in US dollars via GAF Escrow or PayPal PAYMENT: We will not pre-pay for this project. Amount agreed upon will be entered into GAF escrow and released upon completion to our satisfaction or payment can be made in full through PayPal at completion. You MUST be capable of meeting the scope of work and timeline agreed upon in order for funds to be released. We will require screenshots in some format that allows us to critique and make adjustments prior to releasing payment. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: You (the programmer/company) must agree to the following: - Our company keeps all rights, including re-sale and transfer rights. - Your work must be 100% original and not infringe on any existing copyrights. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer (our company) will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components (including existing templates that are not your property), etc. unless all Copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED to by the buyer per the coder's “Seller Legal Agreement”). The project must be completed within time frame proposed. Not adhering to the proposed time schedule could be just cause for cancellation. You must have adequate skill, training, and experience to complete this project in the time given.
