i have a good jsp page with all the feature i can make some alter and give you that for that it takes max 14 or 16 day if urgent i can deliver with in 13 or 14 days.

The payment of the project can be made only after UAT phase (User Acceptance).
Here goes the detailed split
Analysis & Design of the project : 8 days (This is the period where we would agree and freeze on our requirements and UI)
Implementation (15 days) Period where I would develop the calendar utility. We can have intermediate AS IS demos of the application. The time between any two consecutive demos could be minimum of 4 to 5 days
Integration / System Testing (4 days) - The phase were I would be doing System testing for multiple users, system wide functionality
Acceptance Testing (3 days) - Where as a end user you would do acceptance testing.
Post 30 days we would have support and also further rounds of Acceptance testing based on bugs raised earlier.
Warranty Support: 10 days
