Faction Plugin Recoded

I have a faction plugin for my minecraft server. I need this faction plugin recoded. If you are familiar with factions plugin then you know how player's power is handled this is the aspect of the plugin that is recoded. I also need a few things added in. (you are not editing this plugin, but this is an example of what im wanting) Factions v1.6.9.4 - cant truely find a download for it any longer, but not to worry i have the plugin *Changes Faction Plugin /f help - list the help menu /f list - displays online factions /f show {factionNAME} -now also displays number of city halls and number of academys /f power {player} -shows players academy lvl /f join {faction} - joins a faction /f leave - leaves your current faction /f unclaim - everyone can unclaim the land they claimed. Owners can unclaim all land /f withdraw {amount} - Owners can withdraw 400$ per day */f bank - shows a dollar ammount in the bank but also shows the income of the faction per day */f cityhall - claims the players city hall chunk */f cityhall add {player} - gives access to edits inside your cityhall /f chat - global, ally, faction /f home - teleports player to the sethome in the cityhall chunk. Everyone can set an f home. /f create {factionNAME} /f desc - sets or changes the factions description /f tag - changes the factions name /f invite {player}- invites a player to a faction /f deinvite {player} - revokes an invite /f sethome - everyone can set an f home once you have claimed a city hall chunk /f claim - everyone can do it if they have an academy. /f autoclaim [faction=your] - autoclaims land as you enter chunks /f unclaim - unclaims land /f kick - kicks a player from you faction. /f mod - promotes a player to moderator of the faction */f owner - hands over ownership of the faction /f title /f map - displays a map of chunks. used to find faction owned land. /f disband - disbands a faction. owner /f ally - /f neutral /f enemy /f bypass [on/off] - server admin /f claim warzone - /f claim safezone /f autoclaim [safezone/warzone] /f safeunclaimall /f warunclaimall /f unclaim /f chatspy [on/off] /f permanent - makes a faction permanent. /f honorboost - gives honor to a faction. /f config /f reload /f saveall /f version You can never hurt members or allies. You can not hurt neutrals in their own territory. You can always hurt enemies and players without faction. Damage is reduced in your own territory. Only faction members can build and destroy in their own territory. Ussafe of the following items are also restricted: Door,Chest, furnace, despenser, diode. When a player is kicked from a faction his land becomes unclaimed. *No need to be able to owner land. *When a player is kicked from the faction. His land and cityhall chunks become uncontested. He must create/join a new faction. Uncontested land has -35% blast resistance. *Uncontested land can only be edited by that player. If that player has more land then power(hince his academy has been hit by tnt) it can be overclaimed. *The Faction is rewarded when a player joins 100$. *A player can only reward one faction the first one he joins. *Dieing cost the faction money 10$ *Deathstreak - Getting kiled without getting a killed. Getting a kill lowers your deathstreak by one. Every hour on lowers it by one. If deathstreak equals 10 player is banned for 1 hour. *Killing a player in his own city hall gains the faction 2 honor. Getting killed in your city hall results in losing 4 honor and banned for 1 hour. *25honor - raises faction lands obby raiting by 1. *Obby blows up in 4hits max of 8hits. *Water blows up. This continues in the text file i provided. I also have the faction plugin. I want it exactly the same but with my additions. The additions are explained in more detaill in the text file.
