Implementing a Java-FFmpeg method that converts media files

Overview I need to complete a piece of Java code that converts video/audio files of ANY “Incoming Format”, into a format that can be played back in ANY browser/device. “Incoming Format” is the video/audio format and encoding, that today's browsers/devices use, when recording directly from the user. The environment is already set up as a Java web app, that is able to upload an video/audio file, and then play it back. This web application is fully functional, but for the implementation of the java code responsible for converting audio/video files, so that ANY browser/device can play them back. Deliverables 1- A list of audio and video file samples, representing the full spectrum of “Incoming Formats”. 2- Same Java web app that will be given to you, with the java method already implemented. 3- Show/prove that the list of sample files, represents all possible “Incoming Formats” Note Please DO NOT APPLY if you just think you can do it.
