I have about ten Microsoft excel programs that have been converted to HTML. So I need an expert the will make those programs interactive using java script and CSS such that the programs can only be running live on my website but will not be downloadable to users. They will also be passworded so that if any user wants to use them, the user will pay for the password and the password will only serve the user for 24hrs after which the user will have to pay for the password again.
