Senior Java Developper needed to create a SDK fo ISO8583 messaging

Hi , My name is Viktor and I’m a software developer with over 14 years of experience in JAVA/J2EE Technologies. I would like to participate in this project and build a jar file that will convert regular JSON into an ISO8583 Message. The budget includes the library (jar file) which ISO8583 Message Packer and Unpacker with SocketClient for communication with an external server. If you will like my job we can discuss the implementation of the wrapper for the library base Mule based solution through an API in the next project Before starting the project, I have got a couple of questions: Since the communication happens over socket does the library should support SSL/TLS? Must the library support both Blocking IO and Non-blocking IO(NIO)? Must the library be lightweight without any external dependency, just java? Will you provide the documentation and testbed that I can test the library (so at least where I can send packages over the socket, and receive a response)? Best regards, Viktor
