SMS gatway

Hi there, I have done SMPP connection to send SMS for Canada based operator for a food delivery platform. I will make SMS gateway for you. according to your criteria. I will use : Java / SpringBoot. I have not added about UI because there is no mention of that. Question: 1.)Will the be SaaS based applicaition? 2.)Will there be payment Gateway involved? 3.)Do they require SMS suceess / failure tracking? 4.)What modules you require in Admin?
