add a django feature

add a sitemap generation tool to my django app so that when a user enters their domain name in a form, the tool will create a [login to view URL] file and allow the user to export the file to their computer. inside the /[login to view URL] file, the tool will dynamically add 100 sitemapindex files i.e. /[login to view URL] to -100.xml. each sitemapindex file will have 1,000 dynamic sitemap files i.e. /[login to view URL] to -1000.xml. And each sitemap file will have 1,000 dynamic loc files, which will be the individual URLs on the provided domain i.e. [login to view URL], etc. when i say dynamic, i mean i.e. sitemap file will only be created when there's a new URL on the domain and a sitemapindex file will only be created when there's a new sitemap file. sitemapindex file is the parent sitemap, where smaller sitemap files are kept and each smaller sitemap file will have their own individual URLs. the task should be completed today, so what is your budget and delivery time?
