Build a website for stock market screener/scanner

We want to build stock screener/scanner website so person reading this requirement should have basic idea about stock market and stock market data. We have 1 min snapshot data of stocks, Lets say stock like apple, google, netflix etc. 1 min snapshot data is, stock name, 12:00:00, open, high, low, close, volume stock name, 12:01:00, open, high, low, close, volume stock name, 12:02:00, open, high, low, close, volume stock name, 12:03:00, open, high, low, close, volume stock name, 12:04:00, open, high, low, close, volume and more like this... Data is stored in RDBMS and prefered backend is NodeJs (javascript). We want to make architecture/website in which user can set some condition and press search button and our program should show all the stocks which statisfy given condition. Lets say condition can be like this, Show me all the stocks in which volume is greater then average volume of last 20 data(here 20 is variable, it can be 5 also and it can be 50 also) AND show me all the stocks whose Relative strength Indicator Is above 60. (Relative strength Indicator is indicator in stock market and gives result in 0 to 100 only and which is known as RSI and it works on parameter, Like If user chooses RSI(14) then calculation of RSI should consider last 14 data) means, 1. we should count average volume of last/previous 20 data 2. Take last data's volume 3. Check whether average volume < last data's volume 4. We should check RSI(14)'s value and check whether that is above 60 or not 4. If step 3rd and 4th satisfy then select that stock so above is just 2 condition, there are many condition's and all of them are calculation only and can comprises of complex calculation and all predefined calculations. We have more then 500 stocks data so it is a very large dataset in RDMS. We want to develop full fledge platform for scanning all stock data and give result based on user selected conditions and that to in real-time as new data comes in every minute. Keep in mind that above thing is not static. Every minute new data will come and many user request will come with different-different conditions. So whatever happends, response should be given quickly and dataset is having rows in millions as 500+ stock has every day's 1 min data. Person having knowledge about stock market is prefered with havig knowledge about stock market indicator's also.
