Chrome extension to sign documents

I'm working with java applets to sign PDF documents with smartcard reader and token certificates. As chrome blocked java applets I'd like to work with a chrome extension to reach that. Here's a tutorial about it [login to view URL] And here a sample of a company that has developed a solution with this extension [login to view URL] What do I need? a) You need to create a chrome extension with personalized logo with our branding name so we can work with it to read the certificates b) Create a example page intended to sign PDF documents, as you could check in the demo link. Tech requirements a) If you need to develop server-side code you need to work with Java - it's a client/server application. b) The source code of the extension you develop must be delivered with a technical documentation about how we can personalize the extension with a new branding name and logo. Payment a) You should show it working and send the CRX file extension to check if everything was developed ok - then we'll pay 50% b) After you send the source code and has check if everything is OK we'll pay the left. Bonus: You can get bonus if you provide a solution for firefox and internet explorer too.
