Custom Zapier Code

Summary: Write javascript (I think) to customize a service running between Google Sheets and ToDoist by an API service called Zapier. Currently the Zap: 1. creates a new project in ToDoist, which is given a name but not filled with any content 2. creates a task prompting me to upload a template of tasks to the project, based on what kind of tasks are named in the sheet row What I need is for the Zap to upload this template automatically, filtering out tasks that are not named in the sheet row. See columns 'S' 'T', and 'V' in the Gold [login to view URL] for examples of tasks that ARE named.
