Efficient DST algorithm to check for dst dates between two dates.

Hi, I'm looking for a javascript algorithm that accepts a start date and end date and returns an array of DST date objects no matter what the local timezone is. It will be run in browser. For example if the local time zone is set to GMT, getDSTDates(moment("01-JAN-2021"), moment("01-JAN-2022")); Result: ['28-March-2021 01:00', '31-October-2021 02:00'] getDSTDates(moment("01-JAN-2020"), moment("01-JAN-2022")); Result: ['29-March-2020 01:00', '25-October-2020 02:00', '28-March-2021 01:00', '31-October-2021 02:00'] If the local timezone is set to something else, the result should accurately respect the time zone. The algorithm should not rely on hard-coded source of DST dates. The algorithm should be performance driven, and should not check against every date between the two dates.
