I have a website whose backend is built in django and front end in bootstrap. It contains homepage, dashboard, logout, account pages, billing pages as well as some others. Currently, the site is pretty basic looking and I would like to make it a bit slick and light with javascript, loading screens etc. I am in need of a front-end developer who is able to undertake this task and do it efficiently, fastly, should be a clean coder and have a reasonable price. Developer must avoid using inline CSS/JS and should create external files for it which are linked to it by hyperlinks such that the code remains flexible to be uploaded to my github account and for future developers. NOTE that I am using Google Compute Engine where my website resides so it is important that user should have the ability to SSH and FTP into my VM instances to work with the files there.

I have extensively worked on Django projects while using Bootstrap for frontend design, including multiplatform support. I am also familiar with various 3rd party plugins (like Datatable, Multiselect, TreeView) which do not ship with native Bootstrap. I am well acquainted with all the best practices for coding. I believe UI is a way one's product communicates with its users. So I pay a lot of attention to UI consistency. From the description, it looks like you have 5-10 pages.
