Migrate a software to ELECTRON (Before named Atom Shell) and React Native

We basically need to adapt a software we saw in php (SEE ATTACHED IMAGES), we do not have the source code of that software but we have a working demo. The software is an ERP that we need to migrate to ELECTRON, before named Atom Shell ([login to view URL]), also we need a version of the software for IOS and Android, develop in React Native ([login to view URL]). We are going to provide an examples how we expect the final result, and we need the result must to be the most similar possible to that (SEE ATTACHED IMAGES). It is very important to know we need change some details of that software, some examples of the change are these: - The login must to be like this: [login to view URL] - The logo must to have this effect: [login to view URL] - All the forms must to see like this: [login to view URL] General features we need: - The software must to be prepare to change the language between Spanish and English. - The background of the software could be changed by the users (In the login and working area). - Predefined 3 types of theme of the buttons and text that could be personalized by the users. - The software must to have a centralized code, with the communication ready to use with SQL Server and MYSQL (Including the functions to update, delete, insert and select). - The feature auto update of ELECTRON activated, to replicate the future updates to all the branches. - Test the installer and auto update function of ELECTRON on Windows and Mac. - Test on IPAD and Android the React Native version of the software. - A complete guide for our programmer how to install ELECTRON and React Native to modify the source code and generate the future updates. - We need the software before February 29, 2020. The milestones we are going to pay are these: - Deliver on time the software developed with ELECTRON and the version on React Native (According general features described) -> 5% of the budget approved - Deliver all de source code correctly commented (ELECTRON and React Native) -> 10% of the budget approved - Deliver on time the complete guide for our programmer how to install ELECTRON and React Native to modify the source code and generate the future updates-> 10% of the budget approved - Design according to the examples provided by us -> 25% of the budget approved - Software working correctly on Windows and Mac OS (After testing) -> 25% of the budget approved - Software working correctly in IOS and Android (After testing) -> 25% of the budget approved If you can show us your experience or projects made in ELECTRON and React Native, will be highly valued
