need a patch for virtuemart discount, add shipment w/ mysql

hello everyone, i have a site running with joomla 2.5 and virtuemart 2 i need the virtuemart to able give a discount based on how many items in the cart for example : im selling A, B, C i want to give a discount 10% if buy 2 items, 20%if buy 3 items which the discount apply to mixed items and single items for example customers buy 2 items of A, and 1 item of C then the customers get 20%discount customers buy 3 items of A then the customers get 20% discount customers buy 1 item of A and 1 item of B then customers get 10%discount Customers buy 1 item of A,1 of B and 1 of C, then the customers get 20% discount i saw someone do a trick for joomla 1.1 before so i guess its easy to get it for virtuemart master u also can use a trick where using an automated coupon gift like in hikashop and awocoupon iStraxx quantity plugin installed on the site, but its only give a discount based on each quantity item, which i need is also on mixed items the 2nd thing i need is the shipping i'll need u to create a 3kind of local shipping for me (please see the attachment there is 3 type of shippin which is reguler,oke and yes) there is a thousand of pricing for the shipping area but dont worry, i'll sort the price list into excel, so u can modif and import the excel file to mysql i believe this is not a hard job to do for a virtuemart and mysql master, because even my self had done it before in tienda dioscouri i'll attach the sample of old price list, i'll update it once the project are running im not in a hurry, since the web also in development i'll choose the worker for this job based on their review, and the cheapest bid
