551494 Supply and setup Joomla template 2

I have a website running Joomla 2.5 and Jomsocial 2.4. I need the following... 1. Supply and install a FLUID Joomla 2.5 compatible template that has THREE columns set up. The template must be compatible with both Joomla 2.5 and Jomsocial 2.4 (Joomla 1.7 fluid templates may be compatible). I would like the template you install to feature the color blue. 2. Also supply and install a rotating image feature to display at the top of the template (this may already be part of the template you install above). 3. Also I have tried to setup some templates that I have not gone with, I would like these removed from my system as I haven't been able to delete them. I only need the new one you supply and the default ones left there.
