Joomla Online Directory Web Development (create new Website)

We need a Joomla experienced webdeveloper with Sobi2 or Mosets Tree experience to create a Joomla online business directory website. The domain name & hosting is all completed and we have the layout completed with the content, logo, graphics etc and the pages are in .pdf format at present. The hosting is Joomla compatible already. We would need: -Joomla Installation -The .pdf pages to be converted for Joomla. -The directory would currently be for 20 pages. -A secure paypal gateway (WPS) for two different payment amounts. -Basic 'contact us' form. -'Advertise with us' form with a 'download 1 small thumbnail image' button. - Three banner ad boxes on the home page that would need to hyperlink thru to other online business/companies. -The site needs to be able to hyperlink through to other online business/company names where their company name is listed. -The site has to be able to allow the listings to be arranged alphabetically for each category. There are 2 main menu bars (which are always to be viewable from the 'home page' & every page), therefore,we would need: -Horizonal Top Main Menu toolbar/header-bar with drop down main menu-tabs. -Left Vertical Side Menu toolbar with drop down menu-tabs. The 'home page' consists of one main area which will consist of text, and a right hand column box which will allow 3 small thumbnail images to be placed in it with text. The right hand column box should ideally always be viewable from every page as well as the home page. The page layouts are all the same, except the 'home page' & 2 other pages, are the only different page layouts to the rest of the site. The directory listings will need to be set-up so they appear all in one vertical column. The aprox turn-around time was 2-3 weeks if possible. We were looking to develop a working-relationship with the winning bidder of this project, as the website will grow & we will need more work for it to be done in the future.
