Title: Sales Development Representative
Employment Status: Permanent Part-Time (20 hours a week)

We provide a full cycle of recruitment services from sourcing and pre screening candidates, through developing the right fit resumes, phone screening, and face-to-face interviews, through onboarding and offboarding the new hires.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. The right candidate must be comfortable working with a start-up company. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start and grow a career in recruitment, staffing and business outsourcing
The position will collaborate directly with the business owners and may eventually lead to full time permanent position.
Key duties and responsibilities:
-Generate leads for a recruitment agency and build relationships planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
-Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
-Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
-Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
-Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
-Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
-Understanding and promoting company programs.
-Maintaining client records.
Job Requirements:
-You have a bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Marketing or a related field with
2-4 years experience with Client Services.
-Familiarity with Google workspace platforms is a must.
-Familiarity with various collaborative platforms such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator,HubSpot is an asset..
-Excellent English written and verbal communication required.
-Experience developing business proposals.
-Demonstrated experience in customer service, developing institutional relationships/partnerships and managing relationships with external stakeholders.
-Access to a reliable internet (minimum 50 mbps) with a laptop or personal computer with a camera.
-Flexibility to work non-traditional hours on short notice required.
-Comfortable to work in eastern standard time zone.

-Base salary + incentive.
