Real Estate Investing Seminar

I am looking for someone who can help me find qualified leads to fill a small, local seminar for real estate investing. Qualified leads would be those people who have an interest in investing in real estate and the means (credit score and required cash) to do it. My ideal lead is a business professional who wants to get into real estate investing (either rentals or fix and flip type projects) and has the means to do these type of projects but not the time. This would be a small test run on the concept, if it works we would be looking to do projects like this twice per month on an ongoing basis. The first seminar would be at no cost to the client, as we get them moving we would begin to charge for the class. We would set the class up to be 3 hours and out of a facility in Tempe, Arizona. To be completely honest, I have no idea on what this project is worth so I guess I will find out with bids. Keep in mind, our goal is to make this a very long term relationship.
