How to deal with an obvious website fraud

There is that awful website that some scamers put on the net. They have invented a translation agency that is not registered in their country. They do not reply to phone calls, e-mails, letters, etc. The problem is that they have stolen the identity and CVs of over 100 translators and published them on their website without anyone's [login to view URL] is absoluteley outrageous. We believe that they did this in order to attract "clients" (or shold I rather say "victims") who are supposed to pay $150 in advance via paypal's credit card system. Now we also believe that this is a a organized credit card fraud. We do not want them to misuse our names in order to attract victims but we cannot report them to the responsible authorities since they have hidden their identity behind a registrar and there is no valid contact info on the site. Therefore we are looking for a computer specialist who is able to get this credit card fraud website off the Web. We believe that this is justified since that website itself may cause additional outrage and damage if it stays online. Getting that website offline will be a preventive action against cyber crime and fraud. Thank you for your attention.
