Talking about My Girl -- 2

Hello, My full name is Wayne Anthony Miles Sartori I go currently by Wayne Sartori Now the project I'd like assistance with is I'm In the need of a Great Affidavit As I'm trying to go down the right way possible. To be able to once again have contact with my daughter again. Her name is Vera Lynette Sartori her current age is 13yrs old turned on May 11th this year gone. She means the absolute world to me the love and care I have for her its my life I couldnt put a value on it. But infinity might come close. Now its with such such grievance of deeply saddening & emotional upsetting and also the stress to me. That for a very disheartening time of 3yrs now I've not had any form of contact with her. I've not seen nor heard from her in this time period. There is a Family Violence Order in place at this current stage set for the period of 5yrs. It went in place 29th Nov 2021. But its been since Sept 2020 that the contact with Vera ceased. Now this is one of the difficult elements to my project. It was Vera's choice that during the month of Sept 2020 That she chose herself to actually not want to see or have contact with me. Her own Farther, Who she used to have regular contact with. And see and stay with him every weekend. And periods of time every school holiday time. Now why you may be asking to why my Daughter has chosen this. I was asking the same question myself and well this is the answer that I've been given Now this answer gas been relayed back to me from my past ex partner. Her name is Sarah Anne Holmes who i was in a relationship with for roughly an 11yr period. And ended in 2017. Now it was relayed from Sarah Ex partner to a daughter ( step sister ) of my Mothers. To my Mother who then told me the exact reason why Vera has now chosen not to have contact [login to view URL] Now that reason being is that. Vera has over heard a conversation that she wasnt meant to of been hearing. And during the time of her over hearing this conversation. She wasn't meant to of been hearing. The parties having it didn't know it was being over heard. And well Vera Found out I'd been locked up and was in jail. So what's the first thing an innocent 10yr old girl think hearing that. Well automatically its only bad people that go to jail people you dont want to know prople that are trouble bad criminals. So she's just automatically thought to these things. About her caring, loving but stupid Farther. And also due to this reason that one of the people in the conversation that she wasnt meant to hear. Was the local, arresting, charging officer of the case that I was convicted on and was given a time of imprisonment sentence for. Now the case and charges involved me using acts of decieval and using personal information details for such acts of deceival to obtain goods of value. And it was Sarah Holmes my Ex partner who's information and details I used to order a brand new phone from optus online. Then had it delivered to my address with out her knowledge of it being done. Now look yes I know what I did was wrong i did this and many other things some what similar. Also at this time but was charged at a later date for them. Look I can keep writing this and be here for a long time or i can leave my contact details. From in me doing that then someone can make contact to assist me if they think they can and I can honestly fill them in on from the point I've stopped here.
