This is an URGENT job. It needs to be completed yesterday.
We have a freepbx asterisk (schmooze) server installed on openvz/centos. Everything is working with the exception of outbound calls. The VOIP provider is of no/little help in this regard. We have spent 2 days troubleshooting it to no avail.
We require the following work on the server :
1. rectification of the outbound issue
2. complete upgrade (from 2.11.0.38)
3. working queuemetrics integration
4. security hardening
I have done a lot of asterisk projects. Please check my profile for customer feedback. Please send the details of your provider and the description of the issue.
Hello,
You describe your issue not clear. First, you need to check diaplan for outbound is configured is corrected. Second, if dialplan for outbound is ok, please check on console when dial out, what trunk, route that diaplan process. You can find a bug and correct it.
If you still het trouble, please let me know.

Hi,
I have recently performed an upgrade from FreePBX to GoAutodial for a customer so i am quite experienced with the whole setup. In order to fix the outbound calls issue, i will perform protocol analysis( by performing dump on the interface) to check where the blocking point is. From the troubeshooting perspective , it can be that there is a generic mistmatch on the sip configuration ( i presume the outbound trunk will be using SIP) - subject to further analysis.
Once we are clear of this problem, then we will move to quemetrics integration .
As for security, i will tighten the security on the OS level ( configure static routing on iptables) , prevent injection on MySQL ( in case we are on Internet) and other additional measures ( such as changing apache default config).
In total i will complete this activity within 7 working days.
Cheers,
Arben
