I am looking for an English-speaking freelancer who can help us with rescheduling appointments for our medical spa. Your primary role will be to contact clients who have previously scheduled an appointment but didn't show up. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to clients to reschedule their missed appointments. - Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or issues effectively. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the communications. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in making sale calls or appointment setting. - Strong persuasive skills is a must - you should be able to convince clients to reschedule their appointments. - Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. - Familiarity with VoIP services such as Skype or Zoom would be advantageous. This is a performance-based job, offering commissions for successfully rescheduling appointments. The hourly rate will start as low as $1 per hour, with the potential to earn more based on your performance.
