Wowza Server - Image Overlay and Image Grab

I am looking for some that has a lot of experience with Wowza. 1) I want to be able to overlay an transparent image on my wowza stream for x amount of seconds. That can be triggered using a cgi script 2) I need to grab an image from each feed every two seconds using transcoder and save it to the server 3) A simple control panel that I can start and stop each of the 3 streams I am currently running wowza media server 3 on a server running freebsd on a rented dedicated server without root access
