Greetings! Thank you for posting this project. I know how difficult it can be to choose the right person to help you complete a job quickly and accurately. I can do this for you and also recommend an alternative option. My scope would include the following - Setup and/or update EC2 Instance with latest Linux version. Install PowerDNS and requested Management GUI. Configure security policies to prevent DNS poisoning and/or reflective attacks. Configure additional software to prevent force-base attacks. Configure DNS server registration at Domain Name host. Without this, DNS servers will not be recognized by the internet. Alternative - I would need a bit more information about what applications will interact with the DNS server, as well as how frequently new records would be added. For infrequent changes, it may make more sense to configure Amazon Route53 for DNS as it's global, scalable, has a 100% up-time guarantee and extremely cost effective compared to running 1 or more EC2 DNS instances.
