I am a system administrator and security engineer in one of the biggest companies in my country and I do web transfer/migration for like 20-30 times/day on daily basis

The migration you are asking I have done it before (worked on a web hosting company for 3 years) and can be done manually. The person who is making this migration must have experience, cause are many aspects that must take in consideration, from a simple site config file, to php version of the new server and others aspects as new vhost, Documentroot, etc.
