Branding Design for Websites of our group of hospitals

I want to improve on the Branding Design of present Websites of our group of hospitals Update: Improve on the design of my websites: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] DO NOT RESTRICT CONTENT TO WHAT IS IN EXISTING SITE ALONE - TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION ALL SERVICES RENDERED, Add your own creative touches to the design to give it a 'wow factor' I have one business entity(Hope group), doing business under two names (Hope Hospital and Ayushman hospital), that operate out of 2 locations in same city- Nagpur, India and have different websites. As such, they need to have a cohesive look while still feeling like separate entities. We are a Superspeciality Hospital into the following: Critical care, cardiac surgeries, Neurosurgeries, joint replacement, Arthroscopic surgeries, Urosurgeries, Plastic surgeries, Accidental burn care, Dialysis, laparoscopic surgeries, orthopaedic surgeries and Deliveries. We are providers of Yellow fever vaccination and other vaccines needed for international travel. The hospitals will NOT be promoting ambulance services and dental surgeries, ent, ophthalmic surgeries, general surgeries etc. Hospitals are NABH accredited. I love curvy design or anything nice, i shall be awarding as soon as i see any thing that meets my demand. Focus of the contest is simple -improve on the website design and layout. I am open to any thoughts on these things, as I'm sure anyone in graphic design will have a lot of idea on how my current progress can be improved! Please let me know if you have any questions.
