Our sellers currently do pitch meetings via Teams & Zoom. If the customer/potential will agree to allow us record it, then we will record the video & later use it for quality & training purposes. We have identified that many pitch meetings are not records due to missing consent from customer.
Since the customer hasn't given the consent, we would like to record only the seller audio. The seller audio could be used for quality & training purposes.
When I am in a Teams call, I can open Zoom Meeting in parallel (in the same laptop), share my screen and also record the entire conversation. My speaker & mic is shared by both Teams & Zoom. However, this would record the entire conversation & we want only Seller audio
We need a software (compatible for Windows & Mac) or developed for both Windows & Mac which shall be used to record the Microphone (the Seller audio). The software shall do the following
1. It shall connect to Seller's account (login endpoint call)
2. Display all the appointments due today (JSON response from an endpoint call)
3. Click "Record" button
4. The user will select the appointment from a dropdown & click Record button. This will start the recording process.
5. The user (seller) will click the "Stop" button when it is done.
6. The user (seller) will click the "Upload" button. This shall upload the audio to a FTP folder with an autogenerated filename and submit the filename to RestAPI endpoint.
