I have an efficient mixture of skills including Manufacture design, 3D modelling, Engineering design and Project management. I read your brief and though I'd offer my thoughts and a few questions. Maybe you could reply to me with more about what you are thinking in detail The device needs to be solar powered? What if the animal only sees less than 30min/day? and the animal is lying in such a way that the panels are not exposed to sunlight? Cloudy/winters days? not much sun available. I'm not saying it's impossible, what I am getting to is this project requires a good few development steps and research which will cost a lot more than $250 The money you are offering would get you someone that can source an already designed product - I have checked out a few that exist already (the only difference is they require charging) every 10-15days they go for $40-$60 So I'm either going to piss you off or maybe you will reconsider your angle - either way I thought I'd share my two cents Cheers, Dylan
