i have full, legal plans for classy home-buildable oceangoing sailing yacht, but my health slows progress.... it uses innovative way to get hull to grip water, boosting speed, basically a free lunch. no prior experience either ! easily grasped, this idea well proven but needs re-working, fascinating/vast potential... funtime in sunshine, yes. new technology addresses the problems-- these things called; bilge boards, see online for background, but not hard to grasp.. easy stages. will assess strategic alliances/whatever.. too immense an opportunity to dump! really.... not really in textbooks...suit unlikely candidates......fact.
